Welcome to Reguweb!

Reguweb, a subsidiary of Allshore Global Resources LLC, provides a wide range of innovative services designed to support businesses in achieving their goals. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your relationship with Reguweb and your use of our platform, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, using, or signing up for the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you agree to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, “You” and “Your” will refer to that organization or entity.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights and obligations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Key Highlights of These Terms

  • Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reguweb.
  • Privacy Commitment: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Updates to Terms: Reguweb reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your location, as specified in the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section.

  • Remainder of the applicable term. Any additional fees due to an automatic upgrade will be prorated and charged to the active payment method on file.
  • By using the Platform Offering, the Customer agrees to monitor their usage and acknowledges responsibility for any applicable upgrade charges.

Page View Count

  • A Page View is recorded each time a webpage from the Customer’s website is loaded in a browser. The following actions contribute to the Page View Count:
  • Refreshing a Page: Each time a user refreshes a webpage, it counts as a new Page View.
  • Navigating Within the Website: Moving to a different page within the same website generates a new Page View.
  • The total Page View Count is used to determine usage limits and applicable fees based on the Customer’s selected plan. Customers are responsible for monitoring their page view usage to avoid exceeding their plan’s limits.

Page View Overage Fee for Website Offering

  • If a Customer subscribes to a Website Offering as an Elite Offering (designed for Enterprise use), Reguweb will assess page view usage to determine the appropriate service level.
  • First 12 Months: Reguweb will track the Customer’s monthly page views to evaluate usage trends and service needs.
  • After 12 Months: Reguweb will calculate the average page views over the past 12-month period to establish a baseline for continued usage.
  • If, at any time, the Customer exceeds 1,000,000 page views in a given month, an overage fee will be applied for each additional 1,000,000 page views (rounded up) beyond this threshold. The applicable overage fee will be determined by Reguweb and charged to the Customer’s active Payment Method.
  • The Customer is responsible for monitoring page view usage and acknowledges that exceeding the limit will result in additional charges.

Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription Plans & Billing
    • Users may subscribe to Reguweb services on a monthly or annual basis.
    • The subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle to the active payment method.
    • Users may register for a 14-day trial without providing a payment method. However, a valid payment method must be provided before the trial expires to continue using the service without interruption.
  • Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
    • Users can cancel anytime via their account settings, but refunds are not issued for partial periods.
  • Payment Authorization
    • By subscribing, users authorize Reguweb to charge their payment method for recurring fees.
    • If a payment fails, access to services may be suspended until payment is received.
  • Changes to Subscription Fees
    • Reguweb reserves the right to change fees with at least 30 days’ notice.
    • Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Trial Periods & Conversions
    • Trial subscriptions automatically convert into paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
    • Upon conversion, the subscription fee based on the plan selected during registration will be charged.
    • The Customer acknowledges responsibility for monitoring the trial period and taking action to cancel if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For Users in the United States

  • These Terms and any disputes related to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
  • Any claims must be brought in the courts located in Kansas City, MO, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through good faith discussions, the parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration conducted in Kansas City, MO. Users waive their right to a trial by jury.

For Users in the European Union (EU)

  • These Terms and any disputes related to the Services shall be governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU laws.
  • Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the legal framework established by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).

Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the Services is subject to Reguweb’s Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, process, and protect your data. Reguweb complies with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA.

Data retention policies have been updated to align with our Privacy Policy. User account data is retained for up to 12 months after termination unless legal obligations require a longer period.
